Do my assistant coaches each need a Pro subscription?
No. If you have Pro, all members of your staff benefit (max. 5 assistants in V1) — one subscription covers the whole staff. That's typically how the head coach does it for the club.
Where is billing handled — directly with you or via Apple/Google?
Via Apple or Google. You take out the subscription right in the app, billing runs through your platform card. We get no direct access to payment data.
Can I switch from the monthly to the annual plan?
Yes. In the platform settings (Apple/Google) you can upgrade the subscription. The switch is immediate, the difference is prorated.
What happens to my data after cancellation?
All data is fully retained — you can keep working with Free. The Pro-specific sections (skill ratings, season stats etc.) are locked but not deleted. If you book Pro again later, everything is instantly back.
Is there a student or club discount?
Not at the moment. If you're a club with 5+ coaches each using Coachmanager, drop us a line — we can discuss a club plan.
